The Filbur FC-3130 Splash Tub 16 sq ft Pool Spa Filter is a compatible replacement water filter cartridge for purifying the water in spas and swimming pools. The center cores of this Filbur pool filter are reinforced with PVC to provide durability and to ensure that the cartridge does not crack or collapse. This compatible Splash Tub filter prevents harmful odors and water contaimation through antimicrobial end caps specially treated to repel bacteria and mold.
The support bands of this Filbur spa filter are wider in construction in order to allow optimum water flow and to provide increased break-resistance. In addition, this pool filter cartridge features polyester media with sharp pleat folds that are very effective at capturing waterborne particles.
