The GeneralAire 13621 Air Cleaner Pleat Spacer is a genuine OEM replacement part for the GeneralAire AC24 Air Cleaner. When installing your air cleaner media, the plastic pleat spacers should be loosened by gently lifting them at each end. After carefully removing all pleat spacers, lift the used air cleaner media out and dispose. Install your GeneralAire plastic pleat spacers, while carefully inserting one support finger between each pleat. Next press each end of the pleat spacers down firmly to help fully engage the media frame. The pleat spacers may snag on the air cleaner cabinet if they are not pressed down below the media frame rail.
