GeneralAire 27151 Air Cleaner Door Seal

The GeneralAire 27151 Air Cleaner Door Seal is a replacement component designed for use on the following GeneralAir MAC-L Air Cleaners:

• GeneralAire MAC1200M Air Cleaners
• GeneralAire MAC1400M Air Cleaners
• GeneralAire MAC140 Air Cleaners

The General Air 4516 is an Air Cleaner Door Seal replacement strip that attaches to either the metal or plastic door for GeneralAir MAC-L Air Cleaner unit in order to seal the GeneralAir filter component properly inside. General Air MAC-L Air Cleaners with MERV 10 are efficient solutions to considerably reduce harmful particulates and contaminates so that the indoor air you breathe is much healthier.

The General Air MAC-L is a media style air cleaner unit with a MERV rating of 10, and uses a disposable cardboard framed filter. Replacement of the General Aire filter media component is required annually, if you use heating only. The GeneralAir filter media component should be replaced every 6 months if you use both heating and cooling. GeneralAire can also be written as General Air, General Aire and GeneralAir.
