The Hydronix 20" Carbon Block Water Filter 10 Micron boasts a very effective carbon type, high purity coconut shell carbon. The Hydronix CB-25-2010 can be used as a replacement for the following 10 micron filters: Liquatec CB-250-20-10, Pentek 155635-43, and Watts IF-CB-020.
Drinking water can contain a number of impurities, but this coconut water filter has a 10 micron rating, which means it can improve the taste of water, remove odors, and even reduce contaminants like dirt and carbon fines. This carbon filter can also reduce the levels of chlorine in water by acting as a replacement for GAC (Granuar Activated Carbon) and PAC (Powdered Activated Carbon) filters.
