The Katadyn 8013620 Combi Water Microfilter System uses a two-stage filter comprised of activated carbon and ceramic to remove micro-organisms and disease causing agents like virus carrying particles, bacteria, cysts, protozoa, algae, spores, sediment and some chemicals. The ceramic element in the Combi Microfilter also filters turbid, cloudy water.
Now you can drink safely from streams, rivers and lakes, and the Katadyn Combi will remove organisms that cause such diseases as cholera, dysentery, typhoid fever and giardia.
