The ProTec Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier DynaFilter is an advanced 2-stage filtration cartridge made of exclusive cross-woven polyester and activated carbon. The cross-woven polyester weave helps to trap airborne pollutants like dust, pollen and cigarette smoke. The second stage is a pulverized coconut-shell that contains activated carbon to reduce unpleasant odors and contaminants. The ProTec DynaFilter Humidifier Cartridge helps to reduce 93% of airborne particles as small as pollen. This filter is also known as part number PK14-3W24, Kaz K14-3P-EA and DynaFilter K14.

For optimum performance of your cool mist humidifiers, change your cartridge every 2 months. Depending on the concentration of airborne pollutants, your replacement intervals could vary. If there is an accumulation of heavy dirt on your filter or if your humidifier's output is reduced significantly, then this is a clear indication that your DynaFilter needs to be changed. Remember, if your DynaFilter Cartridge is not replaced as recommended, dust and other pollutants will clog your filter. When this happens, air flow is obstructed and your motor may suffer from extensive damage.

Installation Instructions:

• Unwrap your DynaFilter cartridge when you're ready to use it.
• Remove the protective outer wrap.
• Insert cartridge filter, with the white filter facing up, into the recess on the humidifier's motor unit.
• Gently squeeze the cartridge and snap it into place.
