This PureMist Shower Head has an 8-way adjustable shower head with a built-in swivel attachment.

The Sprite PureMist Handheld Filtered Shower Handle includes a pre-installed, replaceable filter cartridge that should be changed every 6 months or 10,000 gallons, whichever comes first. For optimum performance, back-washing the cartridge (this is done by reversing the direction of water flow every month) helps you to extend the shower filter's life span. The water temperature adjustments of the Sprite Handheld Shower Head are fast because the filter cartridge is smaller than most 2-stage filter cartridges.
