hi my name is sohel kapadia. i been using spring house filter system for last three year .one of my ex contractor installed itfor me. i love the syetem but i beieve he did not install it proper. he had it install for the whole house but the water pressur goes down so much when i turn the filter system on. we have checked thwe filter & it work fine als we have replace the filter & water pressure is still low. can you please have some one come to my house & recheck the the sytem set up as welll filter . if i need to replace the filter i will do it but please i need a help getting my filter system working good

I have a kitchenaid side-by-side. There were small thin things floating in our filtered water. We called and they said the filter may need changed. Even though it was a few months early………. they said it may be defective. I got a new one reset the filter and removed more than agallon of water. There are still small thin clear things floating throughout the water. What are they and what do i do?
