  1. Very true! The coils that keep the refrigerator clean should also be cleaned as well. Where they are located can vary depending on both the brand and model of the refrigerator.   2. Cory mentioned about clean filters… how about keeping the coils that help cool the refrigerator clean! Where are they located on a french door refrigerator?? I know a regular top or bottom refrigerator has them on the back and a side-by-side usually at the bottom towards the front. I have an LG french door refrigerator where are they located?They should be vacuumed off every few months to keep them clean to help keep the refrigerator to run efficiently.
