I didn’t realize that drinking water helps keep your eyes and mouth moist, which repel things that could cause an infection. On top of all the other benefits, I can see why drinking water would be so important. For me, I tend to forget to be diligent in drinking the appropriate amount of water each day. One way I could do better is to carry a water bottle where ever I go.
