I have been unable to install my replacement GSWF water filter because the original filter is hard to remove from the refrigerator. I've tried following the manual's instructions (twist to the left and remove), but they don't work. The filter seems tightly secured, and I certainly don't want to use a wrench to remove it. I am wonder if there are others who have experienced this problem
since we all have the same refrigerators? If you have any advice or troubleshooting tips to offer, I'd very much appreciate it.
