I don't know. But usually there is little to only a barely measurable difference in the water quality from one RO to another, and a lab would have to do the measuring for you to find a few ppm or ppb difference in any parameter. IMO anyone that says there is is trying to sell their more expensive RO by adding all types of extra features to it. But then don't make it so you or anyone other than their one'n only local dealer can service it... If that's what you want, then you buy the Kinetico.
