Default Kinetico RO - high water pressure prob?

My RO system makes a sound like a breathing machine at a hospital after I've drawn some water. Had been working fine until local Kinetico guy replaced filters then the noise started. He returned and replaced the quickflow valve but to no avail. We then checked the incoming water pressure and found it at 90lbs... Would that cause the valve to make a noise? And is it just coincidence it started only after changing filters for the first time in 4 years? Should I tinker with the incoming water pressure or is there a system fix available?

Last question - what is the is basic warranty on the RO system? Mine is just over 4 years old.

    Thx!

I wonder if there is an air pocket in it somewhere? Does the flow at the faucet seem the same? The sound you are hearing is not unusual if the it drains into the sink drain above the p-trap. But why it started after a filter change is strange to me. Maybe the drain line was cleared allowing for faster flow.
