A friend of mine mentioned that they have an RO filter because his wife has a lot of allergy issues. He told me that when the water comes out there are bits of oil floating on top of the water. I don't know what brand of filter he has or what he has done about it.

He did mention that he called the company who makes the filter and they pretty much blew him off because it was not under warranty.

I know I don't have a whole lot of information but I was wondering if anyone has encountered this kind of thing before or if someone might know what his problem could be.
