kinetico k2 drinking water system issue

hi

i have kinetico k2 drinking water system which is now only producing around 1 litre of drinking water at a time.

do i need to check Air Charge Tank and if so how do i go about doing this. step by step instructions help much appreciated

Shut off the valve at the tank and the shut off at the water source. Disconnect the tank and take it to a place where you can release the water. Empty the tank and check air pressure at the schrader valve.

Get a pressure tester that reads below ten. You should have between 7-9psi. Reconnect and wait till it refills.
