Have a small drip under faucet were there are 2 small black hose that go nowhere.

I have a kinetico plus GX system. I noticed a small drip when I fill a glass of water. It drips just under the faucet where there is 2 small black hoses that go nowhere. Any Ideas why it drips and what those 2 hoses do? just started doing this yesterday
