I placed an order on February 25, 13 days ago now and I still don't even know if it has shipped. Could someone look into this for me please. My order number is CP-1978552.

Order was received. However I had to pay for expedited shipping in order to get it. Not pleased that my order could not be sent regular ground mail for $25 less.
