Hi, I placed an order CP-866129‏ on December 19 and received an email shortly after saying it had been updated to paid and the tracking number was "pending". Since then, I have not received any information as to the whereabouts of my order. Can I please get an update on the progress of my order and if it has been shipped? Thank you.
