I put in an order for Samsung refrigerator filters on 01/02/2009. I received the email that it was pending, then on 01/03/2009 it was changed to paid and I was given order# CP-882483, and a link to UPS to check the shipping. I can't check UPS since I wasn't provided a tracking number for UPS. The website states 3-4 business days. It's been more than that. I have the email that asks to confirm receipt of my shipment, but no can do! I still haven't received it and have no way to track it. Can you send my tracking information? The website shouldn't say 3-4 days if it takes several weeks for delivery. Please confirm that my shipment actually went out, and let me have the tracking numbers so I can see where my package delivery stands.
