Default 9000 moen replacement filter

Once you have replaced filter how do you reset the filtration indicator back to green from red? Have replaced and it still indicates a red blinking light is it ok to use?

Smile Moen 9000 system reset indicator light

Most Undersink Moen systems reset via the following procedure

Reset the filter life indicator by pushing the button three times. Flashing green lights indicate that your filter is functioning properly.

If this does not work for you, Please reply with your system model number so that we can find the correct instructions for your system.

Default Indicator Light--Moen System

If you just changed the filters then yes the system is working, regardless of what the light is indicating. We can't give you exact instructions without a model number but you may try callling Moen for technical support. They should be able to help you.
