Default Will my copper be okay?

Hi all!

I have a well with a Whirlpool water softener taking out the hardness (15 grains) from our water. Prior to that we have a hydrogen peroxide system that takes out the extreme levels of sulfur in our water (600 ft deep well).

I'm now planning to add two 10" slim-line housing filters that, after filtration, will feed our refrigerator/ice-maker, a separate drinking water-only faucet in our kitchen sink, and a second drinking-water only faucet in our basement.

For the two filtration housings, I plan to use a Doulton Imperial Sterasyl OBE Ceramic Filter in the first (to do any initial filtration and remove any bacteria), and an Intelifil KDF85/GAC Filter on the second to catch any stray sulfur odor as well as improve taste and remove pesticides or other contaminants that might occur from being surrounded by farms.

My question is, will the drinking water that exits these 2 filters be considered a solvent and thus have the potential to eat away at the copper piping that goes to the fridge/icemaker and the 2 drinking water-only faucets? I don't want to install this elaborate filtration system only to find that we are now drinking water with elevated levels of copper (which would be the case were I to install an R.O. system before the copper pipes).

If need be, I can change the post-filtration piping to a PEX system, but that would involve quite a bit of work, as the copper pipe to the refrigerator/ice-maker is already buried behind drywall.

Thanks so much to anyone that can lend their expertise on this matter!
