We are on a well, and it has a lot of sand in it. It clogs a regular filter in a matter of days.............What kind can I put in line? Thanks

Hi,

I'm assuming you have a whole house filter. You are probably using a filter with too small of a micron rating. For well water I would suggest a filter with a 25 to 50 micron rating depending how dirty your water is. If you let me know what housing you have or what size filter you need I would be happy to recommend a few sediment filters for you.

You never said what size your housing is, so listed below are two of our most popular filters. One in a standard size small 2.5"x 9.5" ,and one in a standard size large 4.5"x9.5".
