Customer Service Representative
Filters Fast LLC is looking for a
full-time Customer Service Representative to join their journey in becoming
number 1 in the water filtration industry. Filters Fast is a web-based company
with a casual atmosphere and unlimited growth potential. The perfect candidate
for this position has strong multi-tasking, organizational, and computer skills.
Proficiency in MicroSoft Office and the Internet is required. On the job
training will be provided. Looking for someone who can learn quickly and adapt
to change. A positive attitude is a must, and prior customer service experience
is a plus, but not necessary.
The Filters Fast Customer Service
Representative Position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
-Answering
Phones
-Taking Orders
-Answering
Emails
-Processing Returns/ Issuing
Refunds
-Packing
orders
-Shipping
orders
-Some light warehouse work (as
needed)
-Writing Product
Descriptions
-Downloading Amazon
Orders
-Various Projects as
Needed
