Accounting Department
Are

Fast. Employees in this department oversee the efficient use of funds
and carry the primary responsibility for the company's financial
records. Essential duties include: monthly
sales and use tax reporting, quarterly financial and budget reporting,
payroll, account reconciliations, purchase invoice processing, and
payment verification. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in
Accounting from a four-year college or university, have experience with
accounting software, order processing systems, payroll systems,
spreadsheet and word processing software, and be proficient in
Microsoft Excel.

Purchasing Department
If
you're great at locating high-quality, low-cost goods and
services, a job within our Purchasing Department may be right up your
alley. Positions in this department are primarily responsible
for
interacting with vendors to buy the highest-quality filtration
products at the lowest prices, in order to stay competitive within the
market and increase overall company
profitability. Employees in purchasing work to add new product lines,
analyze and negotiate pricing on new and existing product lines, place
and track purchase orders, and verify and track warehouse inventory in
order to maintain sufficient stock levels. Applicants should
have
knowledge of accounting software, database software, inventory
software, order processing systems, and spreadsheet and word processing
software.

Customer Service Department
Our
customer service department is a perfect fit for those with excellent
people skills. Here, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction on all levels by assisting customers with questions via
phone, live chat, e-mail and web forums. Essential duties include:
handling phone calls, taking phone orders, responding to e-mails and
forum questions, processing returns, fielding live chat inquiries,
recommending products and processing customer quotes and credit card
transactions. Light warehouse work may also be necessary at times.
Applicants should have strong multi-tasking, organizational and
computer skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A
positive attitude is a must. On-the-job training is
provided.

The
B2B Sales department handles our distributor, B2B and other large
accounts that require special attention, performing duties as needed to
grow our B2B sales and increase profitability. Essential duties
include: finding leads, sending credit applications, maintaining B2B
customer files, providing price quotes to distributor customers, and
resolving distributor and invoice customer complaints and inquiries.
Applicants should have an Associates (AA) degree from a two-year
college, basic math and computer skills, and six months to one year of
related experience and training. People skills and a positive attitude
are a must.

the company blog, and maintaining the email newsletter and social media
pages (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, StumbleUpon and Digg). If you enjoy
