Brita Slim Pitcher

I purchased your Brita Slim Pitcher last June, 2011. It doesn't have the lip on the pour spout and works great. We live in the country on a community water system with a heavy dose of chlorine in the water. After running the water through the pitcher the chlorine smell and taste is gone. I had my water in my Brita pitcher tested and it has less toxins than the bottled water at the store and tastes better in my opinion!! Thanks for a great product.

Slim Pitcher

I bought the slim Pitcher to replace my old Brita Pitcher but was so disappointed because it is very heavy the Water spills on the Table every time we fill a glass because of the flap on the Spout.We are old so don't have the strength of young ones anymore you need to consider that when you change a Product.

Changing filter

I was excited to try this product, and i was satisfied about it. But when its time to change the filter, there was no instruction. Should i just put the replacement filter on the hole, or i have yo figure out to open the blue original container and put the new filter in??????
Pls help, cuz i have no idea to open the blue tube and put the new one?
