Filter arrived broken but it looked like it was broken from the factory not the supplier, one of the guides was broken on the inside. Very prompt and courteous service. They had another one in the shipping works before I got off the phone. Service rep's name was Dez. Thanks for your help. I would recommend this company and the Big blue filter to a friend. my order number was: CP-3643650
