Great customer Service

I just placed an order for a filter for my LG refrigerator online. The customer service was stellar! No holding time, got to speak to a representative right away without going through numerous menu options and transfers. The sales person was friendly and knew the product cold. Have not received the product yet, but very happy with the experience so far.
