Excellant product though I am disturbed why the lack of flouride removal. The use of flouride for dental health is topical only. Drinking flouride MAKES YOU STUPID.

i,ve had this unit for over 10 years.itjust started leaking.i wish it could be repaired.we love it!please advise.

We bought one a year ago and although the spigot continually leaked (I don't think the bolt was tight enough and we could never get it tightened), we kept and used it all this time. The capacity is great. The whole pitcher fits in our sink for easy refilling. I finally decided enough is enough with the leaking and I just bought a new one. It does not leak :)

I HAVE OWNED ONE FOR ABOUT 8 MO. AND IT VERY SATIFACTORY, JUST WISH IT WAS BIGER. WE LIVE IN THE HIGH DESERT AND THE WATER HERE IS TERRIABLE TASTEING AND SMELLS BAD EVEN MY DOGS DON'T LIKE IT SO MY HUSBAND AND I AND THE DOGS ALL DRINK THE WATER FROM THE BRITA.
