Pentek CW-F, American Plumber W5W Water Filter

The Pentek CW-F replacement whole house water filter takes extra fine sand, dirt, silt, rust, and scale particles out of your water to improve the flow of water and performance of appliances. String wounds filters are not very common in the marketplace but they do offer excellent tolerance to a wide range of temperatures and minimal pressure drops near the end of their service life. The Pentek CW-F (10 micron) is an economical alternative to the American Plumber W5W (5 micron) water filter and is effective as a prefilter in well water applications.
