Ordered my filters Tuesday received Friday in mint condition and not a mark on the shipping box. Not like Walmart when they are received crushed. Give a heads up the shipping dept. Outstanding service.

Wow! Great filters but the shipping time is really what is unbelievable! I literally ordered late on Wednesday and received the filters in Atlanta on Friday. GREAT service! I opted for the 'auto order' every four months for my 3 filter replacement so I don't even have to give the AC filter change out a second thought. Very convenient. Thanks!

The filters work well. Need to change every 90 days. A bit pricy. Not a lot of savings compared to similar filters at the big box stores.

I was tired of the grocery store and “big box store” filters collapsing and becoming difficult to remove these seem a lot more robust . So far very satisfied.

Unfortunately my house is not average! I have two large dogs that are in and out frequently. My house gets dirty quickly and their hair and dirt get sucked right into the filter. The filter does a great job but I have to change them every 3-4 weeks. My pocketbook needs a cheaper solution.

I switched to M13's from whatever my local big-box was selling for slightly more per filter. We have been getting 'light' smoke from forest fires. You can smell the difference in the house, and you can see the increase in the quantity of dirt on the filter. A real upgrade!

Excellent product, and cheaper than any comparable filter at your local big box store. And, better yet, they come in sizes not otherwise available. As others have noted they do make a noticeable difference in air quality. If you have allergies you will notice the difference immediately.

I installed the filter yesterday and it fits the opening perfectly. I live in a new apartment complex and the filters they provide are just a bit too large for the opening. There has been a problem with indoor air pollution here but I expect these filters will help substantially. There was a slight issue with the shipping I requested (2 day versus standard) and I contacted customer support on this. There may have been a problem with the site or my internet access because both options were listed at the same price. I received the filters on time, though I was expecting 2 day delivery. So far, so good.

Great quality filter at a great price. You will notice the difference in your homes air quality. Much less dust, cooking odors go away faster - your indoor air just seems better with this filter. My wife's allergies seem much better with this installed. She noticed when I forgot to put the filter back in after cleaning my furnace.

Just wanted to let everyone know how well these filters perform. I got mine at the end of Aug 2010 and put one in on Sept 1st. In 15 minutes everyone in the family could tell the air was cleaner in just the ease of breathing we all had. A neighbor came over later that night and could tell the house smelled (cleaner) and he could breath easier.
