I've used them for years and they work fine for me.

April air original filter with a huge surface of filtering. I change once a year and it is slightly soiled It keeps the air very clean. Using same brand filter for over 25 years

I Put it in and the notice says on the door that it needs to be changed. I called the thinQ company and the never respond

Liked the previous style & installed more securely than this new filter. I would rather pay a little more to get a better, more securely installed filter. Wouldn't "you".

Its alot cheaper to buy your filters yourself.

This product is for my air cleaner. It fits perfect. There was no problem with the wrong type or the wrong size.

It is great but I need to cancel the automatic shipment

I told them the brand and number of the filter I wanted when I got the filter that they sent me it was in a plain vanilla box with no name or anything. I think it was a knock off filter from China that they sent me no wonder their price was a little better than Amazon.
