This Culligan Water Pitcher Filter Universal Cartridge (PR-1U) is a universal replacement water filter cartridge for the Culligan Water Pitcher (PIT-1) as well as most Brita and PUR water pitchers. This water pitcher replacement cartridge also fits most other standard brands of filtered water pitchers (check for specific compatibility). This package includes one Culligan PR-1U replacement water pitcher filter cartridge. Using a combination of ion exchange resin and activated carbon, this pitcher filter reduces bad tastes and odors, copper, mercury, zinc, particulates (class VI), and the taste and odor of chlorine. The Culligan PR-1U includes Level 2 Extra Filtration.
