Hydronix SDC-25-3005 Replacement for Liquatec SDF-25-3005

This Liquatec SDF-25-3005 30" Sediment Filter has been replaced with the compatible Hydronix SDC-25-3005 and is a 5 Micron sediment water filter cartridge made of 100% pure polypropylene fibers that will reduce the amount of sediment, sand, dirt, rust, silt, and other impurities in your water. These Hydronix compatible Sediment Depth Filter (SDF) Series water filter cartridges feature a coreless design and are an inexpensive solution to pre-filtration for whole house water filters as well as various commercial applications.

Typical home and small business applications for the Hydronix SDC-25-3005 compatible polypropylene filter (also known as a PP filter) include potable water, beverages, wineries, ice machines, post-filtration for GAC filters, and more. Industrial uses of this Hydronix sediment filter include pre-filtration for manufacturing, pre-filtration for fine and low viscosity chemicals, water recycling, film processing, electroplating, etching, image developing processes, plus more.

These Hydronix compatible sediment water filter replacement cartridges are made of 100% high purity polypropylene fibers which are adhesive free, binder free, and surfactant free, and they are of a graded density for higher dirt holding capacity. The Hydronix Sediment Depth Filter Series water filter cartridges are designed for high chemical resistance and feature four layers of sediment depth filtration, including an outside-in flow and step by step micron rating that more effectively removes sediment particulates and thus extends the life of the filter without rapidly lowering the water pressure.

Filter life depends on specific water quality and usage. This Hydronix compatible water filter should be changed when a decrease in pressure is noticed. The replaceable pressure drop recommended by the manufacturer is 21.75 PSI.
