Holmes HAPF600 HEPA Filter for Harmony Series

The Holmes HAPF600 HEPA Filter fits new Harmony Series Modular Air Purifiers to help remove up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 Microns from the air. The HAPF-600 captures many common allergens including smoke, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and dust mite debris while also reducing unwanted smells and odor. This filter is also enhanced with Arm & Hammer baking soda to help reduce common household odors. Filter size is 10" x 6 1/2" x 2" . The HAPF600 should be replaced at least once per year for optimum performance. Also known as part numbers HAPF-600cs, HAPF600D, HAPF-600D.

This is not the carbon filter that I need. I informed them that It is too big and did not purchase! I've been trying to correct the problem to no avail! I feel like they have trouble reading my email.
