This Pentek CFBC-10, 10" Carbon Water Filter 12-Pack Cartridge Replacement is a 10 inch carbon block water filter replacement for use in many water filter systems, especially undersink systems, counter top filter systems, as a reverse osmosis pre filter, and more. The Pentek CFBC10 is a standard diameter filter (2 1/2" ) which combines thorough chlorine reduction with sediment removal in a single filter cartridge. This Pentek filter replacement cartridge uses advanced Fibredyne carbon block technology for up to two times the chlorine taste and odor reduction and dirt holding capacity of standard carbon block filters. It also reduces cysts (99.95% of Cryptosporidium and Giardia), sediment, dirt, rust, sand, silt, rust, limescale, and other impurities.
