The GE Smartwater MSWF Refrigerator Filter is the newest interior refrigerator filter from GE, and should not be mistaken for the GE GSWF. This filter provides cleaner, clearer water and ice and is easy to install. Features a twist & lock design. For GE & GE Profile Refrigerators.
The GE MSWF Filter is NSF/ANSI Standard 42 & 53 Tested and Certified to remove or reduce the following contaminants from your water:

- 93.9% Atrazine
- 97% Chlorine Taste & Odor
- 99.99% Cysts
- 99% Lindane
- 96% Turbidity
- 95.5% Sediment
- 99% Asbestos
- 88.4% Mercury
- 92.9% Toxaphene
- 96.8% Benzene
- 99.7% P-Dichlorobenzene
- 98.7% Carbofuran
- 96% 2, 4-D

High flow filter

This came on our new GE double door refrigerator that replaced a Maytag 7 year old doubledoor refrigerator. Water taste good and the flow rate is ten time more than the Maytag,and the filter replacement cost is $10 cheaper!
