What are my shipping options?

We ship via UPS, DHL, and USPS. For business customers, please call our customer service.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account or visit order tracking to track your order.

I haven't received my item who should I contact?

Please check to see if there is more than one tracking numbers for your order. Additional packages get separated in transit. Otherwise, Please contact customer service.

My item is backordered, when can I expect it to ship?

If your item was back ordered you will receive an email with the details of the shipment date.

Why didn't I receive free shipping?

Free shipping only applies to the contingent US. Also, we offer various shipping methods. If you did not receive free shipping, it is because your order did not meet the total threshold or because another shipping option was chosen during checkout.

How can I make a return?

To make a return contact our customer service department by requesting a return HERE.

When I make a return, when should I expect my refund?

You will receive your refund within 1-2 business days after your return is received in our warehouse.

How do I check the status of my return?

Refer to the tracking number of the return package. Look for your refund within approximately 1-2 business days after delivery.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the four major credit card providers - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I update my payment method for The Home Filter Club?

Update your preferences in My Auto Delivery by logging in to your account and click 'My Account' at the top of our web page. 2. Under 'Already a Customer?' enter your email address and password. 3. Once you are logged in, click the 'My Auto Delivery' link. 4. Scroll down, and under "Payment Info", hit 'Change'. It will take you to a new box. Hit the "+" sign next to the drop down box. 5. Two more boxes will appear. The box on the right with your old credit card information will have another "+" sign that you will need to click on once more. From there you will be able to update your credit card and enter your information. 6. The new card will be applied to all your subscriptions at once. When you are done you can hit "OK".

How do I update my passcode for my Home Filter Club Account?

If you forgot your passcode or previously signed us as a guest, you can use the forgot password link to reset and recover your guest accounts as needed.

When will I be billed for my Home Filter Club subscription?

Your first shipment of each Auto Delivery subscription you created will be processed when you check out. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the next order date, listed in the My Auto Delivery area. Orders scheduled for the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your Filters Fast price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time.

How do I cancel my Home Filter Club Subscription?

There are no commitments. Cancel or modify your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Click on the links in any Filters Fast Auto Delivery email or update your preferences in the My Auto Delivery section in your account. To cancel, in the 'My Subscriptions' tab of My Auto Delivery, click on 'Edit' and 'Cancel Subscription'. Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made.

Is my information secure?

Yes - Our site encrypts all data passed to and from our servers and we are secured by GeoTrust. We are PCI compliant and make data security a top priority.

Can I order the filters in bulk?

We do offer bulk pricing for distributors. Send a copy of your resale certificate and item inquiry to B2B.

How do I cancel my delivery?

Orders are usually shipped the same day, if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours call us immediately to cancel your order.

How can get a copy of my invoice?

Invoices are stored on the 'My Account' page, log in to your account to view your invoice.

How do I create a return?

Return requests must be processed using our online system. Log in by clicking My Account.
