The KX Matrikx 02-425-125-20 Carbon Block Filter is composed of coconut shell carbon and provides down to 2 micron nominal filtration and 5 micron absolute filtration. The +5 Filter is uniquely constructed to better absorb chemicals such as VOC's and chlorine taste & odor.
The KX 02-425-125-20 is NSF/ANSI Tested and Certified for Material Requirements only. This filter was performance tested & verified by Independent Laboratory Testing.

The KX Matrix 02-425-125-20 will fit the Culligan, American Plumber, Aqua Pure, Pentek, Ametek, US Filter, and other brands of housings that require a 20" Big Blue Filter Cartridge. It can also be used as a subsitute for the Pentek CBC-20BB. This filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months depending on water quality and usage.
