The Aprilaire Spacegard 2200 Air Cleaner Seal Kit (Aprilaire 4725) is for use with the Aprilaire 2200 air cleaner and the Space-Gard 2200 air cleaner. This kit includes the necessary seals which are used to seal the following contacts: (1) between the filtering media and the inner housing; (2) the contact between the inner housing and the door; and (3) the contact between the inner housing and outer housing. This seal kit works to force all of the air through the filtering media in order to correctly perform the high efficiency air cleaning process.
This Aprilaire 4725 universal seal kit comes with the following pieces:
- one seal for the inside of the door panel of your Aprilaire/Spacegard 2200 air cleaner
- 2 polyester seals for the inside surfaces of the inner housing
- a foam strip which adheres to the inside back of the outer housing
- a foam strip for the door of the unit
