The Donaldson Ultrair P-SMF Coalescing Filter removes solid particles, water and oil aerosols from compressed air and gases, with absolute retention efficiency. The binder-free filtration medium allows for low differential, pressure drop and high throughput. The large surface area provides high dirt holding capacity and guaranteed service life time. With expanded inner and outer stainless steel sleeves for the secure hold of the filter medium avoids the danger of corrosion.
This Ultrair coalescing filter employs a three dimensional micro fiber fleece. The pre-filter medium has a .01 absolute filtration which is integrated into a 2-stage filtration process. The Donaldson Ultrair depth filter element is used in the following industries: Pharmaceutical, petrochemical, plastic, chemical, general machine fabrication, air conditioning technology, food, paint, beverage and process industry for instrumentation and control air.
