The GeneralAire 3FM1625 MERV 8 Filter Media Cartridge is designed for use in the following:
- GeneralAir MAC1200 Air Cleaners
- GeneralAir MAC1200M Air Cleaners
The General Air 4521 is a filter media cartridge that measures 16"x25"x3", and is the correct replacement part for GeneralAir MAC 1200 and MAC 1200M Air Cleaners. This General Aire filter is rated MERV 8, and consists of electro-statically charged 100% synthetic media which will dramatically reduce airborne contaminates and pollutants to provide much healthier indoor air.
These effective filter media cartridges capture airborne particulates as small as 1.0 micron deep within the layers of spun-bonded fibers, which do not have any chemical binders. The General Aire effective OptiFiber media is hydrophobic, therefore does not absorb moisture. It also resists shredding, which assures dependable and reliable dust-fighting capabilities.
