The Hydronix 10" Big Blue Carbon Filter - 10 Micron is a carbon block cartridge replacement made for several purposes and applications. This 10 inch carbon water filter is built from high purity coconut shell carbon in order to effectively reduce impurties that may be found in water. This Hydronix water filter can be used in a variety of locations and sites, including residential, food service, commercial, and industrial. This Hydronix filter is also capable of serving as both a whole house filter and under sink filter because of its 4.5 inch diameter.
Reducing impurities from drinking water is made simple with the CB-45-1010. This 10 micron water filter can remove odors and improve taste, and the coconut shell carbon along with the 10 micron rating allows for a superior reduction level of contaminants like dirt, rust, and carbon fines. This Hydronix filter also can reduce high chlorine levels that may be found in water by replacing GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) and PAC (Powdered Activated Carbon) filters.
