The Hydrotech 33139 Retrofit Kit is the correct kit for the following systems:
- 101 Series
- 102 Series
- 1010 Series
- 1020 Series
- 1030 Series
The Hydrotech 33139 Retrofit Kit replaces the Hydrotech 40600007 Flow Control that was used in the following discontinued Hydrotech Reverse Osmosis Systems: 101 Series, 102 Series, 103 Series, 1010 Series, 1020 Series and 1030 Series.
This retrofit kit updates the old drain line flow control of these systems with one similar to the new Hydrotech 1240 RO Systems. This flow control kit should be matched with RO membranes with a 50 gallon per day capacity, such as the Hydrotech 33001056 TFC 75 GPD Membrane. If you have any of the discontinued RO systems and are using the 40600007 flow control, you will need to update to the 33139 retrofit kit and move from a 45 gpd membrane to a 75 GPD membrane.

Once you've installed the Hydrotech Retrofit Kit, you can use the 40600042 Water Flow Restrictor (sold separately), which should be changed each time you change your reverse osmosis membrane. The flow restrictor creates pressure through the RO membrane so as to keep a proper balance between the rejected water and the filtered water.
The Retrofit Kit includes a flow control tube and a flow control retrofit plug.
