This Pentek O-Ring (Pentek 143216) is a replacement o-ring for Pentek ST Model stainless steel water filter housings including the following models:
- Pentek ST-1 Stainless Steel Filter Housings
- Pentek ST-2 Stainless Steel Filter Housings
- Pentek ST-3 Stainless Steel Filter Housings
- NOTE: this Pentek o ring replacement will also fit the above ST Series stainless steel filter housing models made by Ametek and US Filter
The Pentek 143216 o-ring replacement works by thoroughly sealing the filter housing sump to the filter housing cap which helps to prevent water from leaking out of the filter housing. It is critical to keep this o-ring lubricated with silicone lubricant for top performance.
