The Sulfate Test Strips for eXact Micro 7+ Photometer are replacement sulfate strips for the eXact Micro 7+ Water Meter Photometer (electronic meter). Sulfate occurs naturally in drinking water. Health concerns have increased due to reports that diarrhea may be associated with the ingestion of water containing high levels of sulfate. Also known as part number 486608, these test strips can be used for on the spot measurement.

With the eXact Micro 7+ Photometer, you will get exact quantitative measurements instead of receiving qualitative results from a regular test strip. The patented technology and method of the Photometer offers safer, easier and more precise water testing. The sulfate replacement test strips contain a bottle of 50 strips.

When you use a smaller water sample, you use less reagent. Rinse the cell at least 3 times with the water sample you will be testing. Rinsing minimizes the potential for cross-contamination. Dip the eXact Strip Micro sulfate into the cell and immediately press read. The Micro vial has a quick-fill feature requiring 2 seconds to sample the 3.3 ml. There is less environmental impact with each test. The results from the Micro 7+ Photometer sulfate test strips is accurate and reliable. During the 20 second timer countdown, gently move the strip back and forth. Remove and discard the strip when the time displays 1. The cursor will move across the display. Record the result displayed which is automatically stored in TR7. After testing is complete, rinse cell immediately.
