The Supco IAQ50 IAQ Monitor System is an ideal professional grade instrument used for effectively diagnosing indoor air quality. This tool measures carbon dioxide (CO2), temperature and humidity associated with identifying sick building syndrome, by using dew point and wet bulb indicators. Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) describes symptoms attributed directly to airborne building contaminants, from occupants spending extended periods of time in an enclosed environment. Some of those symptoms include headaches, dry or itchy skin, dry cough, nausea, fatigue, sensitivity to odors and irritation of the throat, eyes or nose.

The Supco IAQ50 is conveniently equipped with a triple LCD display and programmable alarms. It uses a non-dispersive infrared sensor (NDIR) and can be mounted on the wall or used on a desktop. Be sure to set up the alarm value within the specification range to ensure accuracy. The out-of-spec readings are only for reference and not suitable to use as an alarm limit.

This Supco indoor air quality monitor is ideal for residential, office, restaurant, warehouse, garage and green house applications. This meter is powered by an AC adaptor (12V/1A output). The package contains a meter, adaptor, operation manual and plain white box. The Supco IAQ50 monitor features visible and audible alarms to give a warning when carbon dioxide concentration levels exceed the limit. Two limits can be set up: an upper limit for alarm threshold that requires air conditioning and a lower limit to stop the alarm.

When operating the Supco IAQ Monitoring Instrument in closed indoor areas without ventilation, be sure to disable the ABC function to prevent incorrect calibration. ABC (Automatic Baseline Calibration) is designed to calibrate the meter at the minimum CO2 reading detected during 7 days of continuous monitoring with the power on. The Supco monitoring system can do PC linking for data analysis and online logging through RS232 interface and software. This IAQ monitoring system comes with a 2 year manufacturer' s warranty.
