The Watts FPMB10-978 10" Sediment Water Filter is a 10 micron sediment filter cartridge made of melt-blown polypropylene that will reduce the following from your water:

  • Sand
  • Dirt
  • Sediment
  • Rust

This Watts water filter (FPMB10-978) offers excellent chemical resistance and high dirt holding capacity, all at an economical price. Constructed entirely of food-grade materials, this 10 inch sediment filter contains no leachables.

This Watts water filter is a compatible replacement filter that fits water filter housings which require standard sized 10 inch water filters (9 7/8 inches x 2 1/2 inches).

Typical applications for the Watts FPMB10-978 polypropylene filter (also known as a PP filter) include potable water, beverages, reverse osmosis prefiltration, fine chemicals, electronics, plating solutions, and more.
