The Pentek CBR2-10 Under Sink Carbon Filter with lead-reduction media filters lead, VOC's, extra-fine sediment, bad taste & odor, and chlorine taste & odor from your drinking water.

The Pentek CBR2-10 replaces and is interchangeable with part numbers American Plumber WLC-R, American Plumber W-40, Sears 34377, Ace Hardware 48167, GE FXULC, Honeywell RF-62 and Flotec LC1.

The Pentek CBR2-10 Advanced Multi-Media Cartridge Specifications:

  • .5 Micron Rating
  • Dimensions: 2 7/8" x 9 3/4"
  • Capacity Based on Contaminant (see below)
  • Temp Range: 40 - 165 F
  • Flow Rate: 0.5 - 1 GPM
  • NSF Standard 42 Test and Certified
  • removes chlorine taste & odor, cysts, lead, VOC, MTBE and extra fine sediment
  • removes 99.95% of Cryptosporidium and Giardia Cysts

Capacity For Removal Per Contaminant:

The Pentek CBR2-10 needs to be changed approximately every 3 months based on water quality and usage. The CBR2-10 can be used in housings US-640, SY-2000, SY-5167, CTR-210 and other major brand housings with the same size requirements.
