Ordered for my under sink filtration system. This is a pre-carbon filter. I could not buy the filter that follows the pre-carbon filter from Filtersfast which was unacceptable. I talked with a service rep which could not answer my questions or resolve my issue. Part of this problem is on me because with my latest order did I realize it was a pre-carbon filter. I thought it was a carbon filter. My fault. I have been intalling the pre-carbon filter for a few years. I am in the process of putting in a new system the will have one of the filters as a carbon filter.
