Privacy, International, Return and Exchange Policy

It is the policy of Filters Fast to replace any defective product(s) within 30 days of purchase with a new product of the same model. If you feel you have received a defective product please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date via email to sales@filtersfast.com or phone (866)438-3458.

If you must return an item, not due to defect, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s). All returns must be new, unused condition and contain all original parts and components. We will not accept or refund any filters or products that have been damaged, used, or are otherwise incapable of being resold. We also will not accept any return without an RMA number. Packages that arrive without an RMA number cannot be processed and will be discarded.

Please note, a 15% restock fee will be charged for all returns. We also do not refund shipping on returned items, nor do we offer store credit. If you wish to avoid the restocking fee simply place a new order online with us for the correct item(s). However, if the original order arrives damaged, the 15% restocking fee, plus an additional $10 damage fee, will still apply. You will also still need to contact us for an RMA number for your return, even if you are doing an exchange.

International Orders

 
We ship all International orders via FedEx International Priority.  Some countries charge an import tax or duties for importing products into the country.  Any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Filters Fast is in no way responsible for any delays or additional taxes or fees that foreign customs agencies may impose or cause.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her local customs agency to find out if any fees may apply to his/her purchase and what the amount of those fees will be.

Filters Fast return policy also applies to our international customers, however, special rules may apply since custom charges are often incurred when the items are being returned to us. Also concerning international orders, any order that is "refused" delivery by the customer will not be refunded.

We are happy to replace defective items for our international customers with in 30 days of purchase.
