The 3M Cuno CFSUV-5 water filter system includes the following:

The 3M Cuno CFSUV-5 UV Water Filtration System purifies your drinking water though the use of a germicidal light that lasts for 9,000 hours of operation and should be replaced once a year. This 3M Cuno filtration system reduces 99.99% of viruses and bacteria, which improve taste and sanitizes your water. This Cuno UV system includes a hard quartz sleeve that ensures easy cleanability and an electronic ballast that promotes proper UV lamp function. The Cuno ultraviolet system has a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute (gpm).
